Art direction and promotional design for the municipal documentary in Ios, creating visuals, posters, and teaser content.
“Children of an Endless Dream” is a creative project for the municipal documentary in Ios, where the goal was to visually capture the island’s unique culture, landscape, and spirit. The project involved crafting a cohesive art direction, designing promotional materials, and producing teaser content that reflects the documentary’s narrative. Through a combination of vibrant visuals, typographic experimentation, and careful attention to composition, the design aimed to evoke the poetic and immersive nature of the film, inviting audiences to experience Ios not only as a destination but as a story waiting to be discovered.

The approach focused on aligning the visual identity with the documentary’s emotional tone. Research and exploration were key, including studying Ios’ architecture, landscapes, and local traditions to inform the aesthetic direction. By balancing cinematic imagery with graphic elements, the visuals were designed to be both evocative and functional across different media. The approach also emphasized flexibility, ensuring that posters, social media teasers, and promotional assets could maintain a consistent and recognizable style while adapting to varying formats and scales.

The solution materialized through a set of carefully crafted visual assets: posters that highlight the documentary’s central themes, teaser content optimized for social media and digital platforms, and a coherent graphic language that unifies all promotional touchpoints. Each design element was purposefully selected to reinforce the storytelling, creating a visual ecosystem that enhances audience engagement and communicates the essence of “Endless Dream.” The result is a holistic promotional package that connects the film, the island, and the audience in a seamless visual narrative.
